PC1000 and DUI

My daughter was in the PC1000 program, and was recently told she had missed too many classes and kicked out. She received a letter to set an appt in court to request reinstatement. Meanwhile, she just this morning totalled her car and got a DUI. Will she still be eiligible to be reinstated in the PC1000 program, or is the DUI automatic cause for denial?

The court will likely conclude she is not benefiting from the program.

What happens then depends on many factors such as the charged (old) offense, the charged (new) offense, her prior criminal history if any, the quality of her legal representation, and her ability to make bail.
