Legal Question in DUI Law in California
Can a person on parole for a DUI,be denied a transfer to have shelter, be made to become homeless & sleep on the ground in front of the parole office, be denied his request to be present at his hearing for his early release date?

Yes you would need to request and get a judge to grant a transfer to move out of county. This does create financial hardships for many. You should work with your PO and former attorney to get the transfer granted.
