Recent arrest for DUI 03/11/05 and a previous arrest for DUI in Dec 1998 which r

I was recently arrested for DUI on 03/11/05 in Sacramento, CA. I have my first court appearance due on /3/30/05. I have had a previous arrest for DUI back in Dec 1998, which resulted in only a wet and wreckless conviction thanks to the assistance of my attorney. I am unable to locate him now for help as many years have past and am totally lost on what to do and what to expect. There are some details regarding my arrest and the mistreatment recv'd from the arresting CHP officer and the unecessary extended stay in jail for over 16 hours. Where do I go from here???? Please help! Thank you!!!!!!

You should definately talk to someone about this. My office handles DUIs. The wet reckless may be considered a first offense. However, I would need to know more details, including details of the CHPs treatment of you. You can reach me at 916 247 6868.
