Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I was recently arrested for my first DUI. My alcohol level was 2 times the limit, but the police would not let me see my results. In addition, the police said he pulled me over due to no seat belt. I did have on a seat belt, ( I have witnesses, if needed) do I have a good case for trial? Or should I plead no contest? Also, my Miranda rights was not read to me, does this matter?

You need an attorney to file a Motion to Suppress, challenging the rational for the stop. If this is granted the case will be dismissed. If not, then you will need to think about a trial or a plea bargain. Officers do not have to read Miranda to DUI suspects.
