Legal Question in DUI Law in California
I was recently arrested with a DUI however I wasn't actually seen driving by anyone. The officers just figured I was because I kept with my story of my brother driving however the window to my car was broken by someone unknown. I'm not sure if I really have any options and as if convicted this would be my second DUI, I'd like to know if there are any.
