refusal of second breatherlizer

she was 10 miles over the speed limit she was pulled over and had had 2 beers in 2 to three hours she did all the required field tests and failed the breathelizer when taken to jail she was asked if she would take it again she asked the officer why they needed a 2nd test and the male officer went to explain it to her because she said she didnt understand and the female officer said she had to make a decision right there and then with no more explanations.

Re: refusal of second breatherlizer

California has an implied consent to take the breathalyzer when you drive. By refusing to take the test, your license is automatically suspended or revoked.
