Re: revocation of drivers license

The license reinstatement is not automatic. You will be eligible to reapply after 4 years -- and only after you have completed the "SB-38" 18-month school and filed an "SR-22" proof-of-insurance form.

Most states will not issue a driver's license until you are eligible for one in your home state.
