Legal Question in DUI Law in California

RV/Motor Home Drinking

For my 21st birthday, me and a group of people lets say less than 10, more than 5, plan on driving an RV/Motor Home from California to Las Vegas. The question is, is it legal for the passengers (all of age of course) of the rv to drink on the way there? I know it is legal in a limo just not for the RV/Motor Home.

Exactly what about this do you think is a good idea?

Do your drinking binge in Vegas, the booze is free and the only thing you're in danger of crashing into is the floor.
