sentencing hearing/probation report - what to expect

I need to know what exactly goes on during these 2 events so that I can be prepared please.Please help me.

If you are refering to the receipt of the probation report and sentencing, the report is received and reviewed by the court and yourself. Then the court will impose sentence. You can request a formal porbation hearing and present evidence as to why a lesser sentence should be imposed.
