Legal Question in DUI Law in California

My son had a warrant out on him for not going to court for a dui because he only went to a couple of his classes. His license was suspended, now is arrested and in jail until Monday when he goes to court. Is there any way he can get a restricted license to finish his classes, go to court when needed and still keep his job which he has to drive to along with attending and driving to college in the fall?

From your question it sounds like he was already convicted, how did this happen? Whatever happens now will be up to the judge. He will be lucky if he leaves the courthouse by the front door let alone getting a license.
