out of state dui

i am currently in the military and got a dui in ca, but i am originally from fl, and so is my license. i will be getting out of the millitary soon and going back home after my court date. what type of penalties am i looking at?

It somewhat will depend upon the alcohol level in the blood test, however, you may be eligible for diversion from mandetory jsil time. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
