Statue of Limitations

I failed to appear in l984 in CA while on probabtion for DUI. It was my second citation. Is there a satue of limitations for this warrant?? Im am sure there is/was a warrant.

The general answer is no. The warrant has probably been quashed for lack of action but could be revived. But if you're worried about it, contact the court from here in CO and see about clearing it up. They may prescribe some punishment like DUI classes. Have you been sober since 1984? That's a point in your favor.
