Statute of Limitations to Prosecute

Is there a statute of limitations of prosecuting a DUI in court. Its been 2 months and I still don't have a court date.

The minimum statute of limitations is 1 year. Two months is not uncommon in some counties, especially if you eleceted the blood test. Start saving to hire an attorney to represent you if charges are filed. Don't discuss this matter with anyone other than your attorney. Mean while just wait as patiently as possible. Do not call anyone and avoid contact with law enforcement. I had one client whose case was misplaced, and probably would have remained lost if she had not been involved in a second dui.
