Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I was terminated from dui class and I went to go get rereferral and they said that I have a warrant and to come in tomorrow to clear it and go before a judge. I have a warrant because I waited to long to get a rereferral but I was never told how long I had. What are my chances of getting the rerefferal so I dont have to start all over?

that will be up to whomever gets to make the decision. How can any of us guess at what the results might be? That you flunked out of class and then did nothing about it for an unknown period of time is not a good recommendation for you. My guess is that you will have to start all over again if they let you, but instead they could make you serve some jail time for the original conviction.
