Legal Question in DUI Law in California

first time dui

My daughter recieved her first dui,hopefully only dui.She registered .08 and passed field sobrity test but was arrested and went to jail for a few hours.What penaltys and or disciplinary action is she facing.With or without an attourney and what would an attouney charge on this.She is 22 and never had any tickets and or legal action against her.Please advise and thanks for any help in this matter.

She faces the loss of her license, higher insurance costs and having to take months of alcohol programs. As the other attorney stated she should retain an attorney to represent her. She should move quickly as the dmv will revoke her license if her blood alcohol level was .08 or higher. An attorney can help her deal with this matter.
