My boyfriend was picked up on july 4th 2006 for a misdamenor (carrying a concealed weapon, and D.U.I.) bail was set at 10,000 and he was released on bail. How long do they have to charged him, before the case would be dropped? He was told 1 year by the deputy in the jail is this correct?
