Legal Question in DUI Law in California

if i walk into the hospital (er) to have them look at my injury , and the nurse or emt there calls the police on you sayin you been drinkin and they seen you drive in. so the police arrest you on a dui and tow vehicle. will this stand in court ? dui ticket because of what a witness says to police.

While it may not have been very sporting for the nurse to inform on you to the police like that, her testimony will certainly be admissible at your trial.
