Legal Question in Education Law in California

what happens in the following case. A 20 year old girl bullying and posting stuff about a 15 year old on fabebook and utlizing ex-friends of the 15 year old to beat her and give her bad reputation of lies in school so kids talk bad about her and the 20 year old posting on the web she will pay for someone to beat her.

This is not a education law matter. The torts of defamation, assault and battery have been committed. Go see a personal injury lawyer.

I am not sure where you are in California. First if there are physical threats or there has already been violence or if there is a fear of violence those should be reported to the police asap. Second the minors parents should consult with a local attorney regarding any civil issues.
