Charter school www links
Can a publicly funded CA charter school have links on its website that go to other sites listing homeschool resources, if some of those listed resources are Christian supported organizations? For example, a list of homeschool organizations that includes various Christian education organizations.

Possibly, as long as they are not promoting religion, and can justify the sites as having worthwhile materials.
Chances are they are within their rights.
