Legal Question in Education Law in California
Possible Class Action.
I have been a teacher for 7.5years in a small school dist. here in S.Ca My supt. wants to dismiss me for cause. All of her reasons have been made up, she has put my Aid on paid admin. leave, She has made all but impossible for me to do my job etc. She is extremely slanderous and defamitory to my character and wants to destroy a career in which every evaluation that I have recieved up until hers has been not only good but excellent. I have witnesses and paper work to back up what I say. My 1st question is what can I do about this. Secondly My Aid, the School Secretary of 18yrs who has been slandered and defamed in much of the same way as my and Myself are interested in some type of class action suit. Please let me know what our options are. Thank you
