contract cancellation option

Does signing this form at time of purchase of vehicle allow you to return auto? If so, withing how many days can do this?

Hello.

Generally an auto purchase contract does not allow any so-called "cooling off" period in California. If you were provided a cancellation agreement at the time of the purchase, that is highly unusual, but depending upon the circumstances and the contract's wording, enforcable by its terms.
