Legal Question in Education Law in California
CONTRACTS LAW QUESTION ~ If a vendor has an existing contract with a government agency, but is also responding to a Request for Proposal bid for that government agency, can that vendor be excepted from the agency's "cone of silence" to discuss matters regarding the existing contract? If so, is there any supporting case law?

Perhaps if you'd explain what cone of silence you are talking about someone could answer your question.
Your case is too complicated and sensitive to answer like this. You should retain me, or another attorney, to take a closer look at your case and advise you in your best interest. Let me know if I can help.
