Legal Question in Education Law in California
how can ed-fund be sued for redress for collectting a student loan that's not owed? the loan is over twenty years old, even though the age of the loan has nothing to do if the loan owed....and my point, the loan is NOT owed....and they have refused to address any issues I've tried to raise....they are collecting these funds from my social security and they have viaolated that statue in which they are collecting money...they have taking money from my wife's tax return and as a result a we've not file tax returns in over two years....I need some direction....

Sue them for unfair business practices, breach of contract, negligence, etc.
