if a hearing on restraining order was "dismissed without prejudice", what is the statute of limitations to file for another hearing?

This is confusing. I don't believe an educational administrative hearing can issue a restraining order. Explain your situation more.

The restraining order being dismissed, indicates to me that the court would want further evidence of fear of harm or real harm perhaps of another incident before it would consider a re-hearing. Contact me directly.
