Legal Question in Education Law in California
I was just laid off from my teaching position. My husband has a job opportunity in another state. Can I collect unemployment if we move? If I am called back to teach (this has happened before) can I turn down the position and still collect unemployment since we will be moving?

yes you can still collect unemployment if you move but you're given reasonable assurances then you cannot collect. I think if you're offered then you can't collect.
