Legal Question in Education Law in California
I paid a $500 tuition fee to a Casino Dealer school who stated they could certify me in 3 casino games in 2.5 weeks. I was only able to obtain certification in one game due to running out of time. What are my rights as a student who paid 100% for a partially completed course?

Who ran out of time? You or the school? If the latter, then you are entitled to recover 2/3rd of $500.
