problems at kids school

my son was touched by other boy in school and they have been using this boy to perform sex act with other boys to stop parent from complaining about safe problems.attempted kidnapping,

kids getting hurt by older kids, no supervision of the kids on the play area or in the classroom. Member of PUSD maked comments that he can hire a investigates to follow me also told members of the ymca to help him or there job would be terminated .need some one to help me gett his story out and justices for my kids.
