Legal Question in Education Law in California
My question is regarding a restricted license and 3rd DUI in California (misdemeanor non-drug). After six months from date of suspension and if I sign up for DUI class (18 mons), install IID and show proof to DMV, present proof of financial responsibility, obtain proof of employment can I attain a restricted license? Or is the law that I have to wait until after one year of taking the DUI course? I believe it reads that I just have to wait 6 months from date of suspension and just have to proof that I am enrolled in DUI course. Also, do I need a court order from Judge or just present this to DMV? Thanks.

This question refers to you ability to obtain a driver's license after DUI convictions. What does this have to do with education law? You need to ask someone with expertise in criminal law.
