Legal Question in Education Law in California
I recieved a school contract to become fulltime starting in August and I needed to sign the contract by june 30 , which I did, and now they changed there mind and want me to sign a part time contract. Is the contract binding??

Yes, the contract is binding if it was offered to you, with a June 30th date to accept. You did a timely acceptance. They cannot revise the contract. Indicate to them that you intend to enforce the full time contract and will not accept their attempt to revise.
