Legal Question in Education Law in California
My school has failed to process financial aid during the semester which caused me to have to work 55+ hours a week. Now because my GPA is low they are denying me student loans for the past semester. My GPA for the semester before is solid and should be the basis of the assessment for the loans. I can not attend school in the spring because I can not afford it, and want to sue them. How should I go about this? Where should I file?

Which school is this? Is it public or private? Who was the loan obtained from, and is there any documentation concerning the terms of the loan? There isn't much to go on in your question. Please call me or send additional information. Thanks.
