Legal Question in Education Law in California
Sexually, Physically,Verbally, Threatened By Student And School Officials, Local
I have a 14 year old daughter who is an IEP student and has been sexully assulted by grabbing and force rape, He has assulted the other girls in class and physically assults everyone including teachers. He gives her nasty letters which we have given to school and police. He has threatened to stab her. Because of husband, daughter, and myself, complaining every other day, The vice principal has been also harrassing her. He took her without parental permission off school grounds during school hours, forced her and another student to get in his car, he drove them to near by complex and forced my daughter to get in a full, nasty, slimy, stinky, dumpster to look for keys he accused her of stealing. He wouldnt let her wash her hands, He suspended her for 3 days, Called her a liar and used that word to me as well. Police resolved the matter, and got confession out of fellow classmate that they stoled teachers keys. But yet school wouldnt let her come back to school. I have asked for home schooling, but have been refused. She has been out of school all this year but half a day. Because boy got her again for last time. Got supertident to put her on home school. But now I got 3 truancy. And it has been sent to the D.A. I need help.
