Re: transfer of job
Hello
If you are not an employee whose employment is based upon a written contract specific to your job and this employer, your employment is AT WILL. this means that you can be terminated at any time and without cause.
By being "difficult" this can enhance your chances of being let go.
As far as being "entitled" to a severance package, you have to look to your employment agreement or the employee manual or handbook for the answer to the severance issues.
To put it simply, as a wage earning employe you are substantialy at he mercy of your employer.
Sorry for the bad news!
