Legal Question in Education Law in California
Unsatisfied with School Conduct
Can I sue or ask for reimbursement for my college loans? (trade school) As I look at my $25,000 debt of loans I feel I was deprived of a proper education. I look back now at the switching of teachers, lack of equipment, and wasted class time.

Re: Unsatisfied with School Conduct
There is a process that allows you to petition to have your loan discharged; the examples you mention may qualify for such a discharge. If you would like more information, feel free to contact us.
