Nothing requires a parent to allow a child who is over the age of 18 to live at the parent's home. If the house is yours, you have a right to evict your daughter.
I strongly suggest you contact an attorney to assist you, as well as a senior center in your area. Verbal abuse and hiding of food can constitute elder abuse, which California law prohibits.
