Legal Question in Elder Law in California
If your attorney deposes a doctor for you, does the opposing attorney have a right to be present? Its for a case involving elder abuse, undue influence & Alhzeimers

Of course they do. A deposition is essentially the same as court testimony taken ahead of time. All parties and counsel must be given notice and be allowed to be present.
