Legal Question in Elder Law in California
my brother died due to neglect my sister sued and won now want to have me sign off with a small amount of cash and wont tell me how much she got. how can I find out what settlement was?

Go to the court clerk's office and look up the records in the case. Don't sign until you have investigated, or she has revealed, the amount of the settlement. Demand an equal share.
