Legal Question in Elder Law in California
The care home owners tricked my 95 year old uncle with dementia to give them POA when I have been POA for years, what can I do????

If your uncle was not capable of handling his own affairs, he may have a cause of action against the care home. You would likely not have the claim, unless you are your uncle's conservator.
A sternly worded letter may suffice here, but I would contact an attorney in your area to make sure.

If your uncle is in Iowa (as implied by your zip code), talk to an attorney there. Each state has its own laws regarding probate, elder abuse, etc.
If he's in California, call Adult Protective Services.
