Legal Question in Elder Law in California
caregiver
i currently have 2 private caregivers that i pay myself. i have no close family. are there any hard rules that prohibit me from leaving them my property, all accounts and personal assests. thank you

No, but make sure they have little or nothing to do with taking you to, arranging, choosing, etc., your estate planning attorney.
