Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Closing Statements
Do all clients need to sign a closing statement before distribution of funds be disbursed in settlement? We have 1 Plaintiff out of 20 who refuses to sign the closing statement and we are holding settlement funds until we obtain all 20 signatures?
