Legal Question in Elder Law in California
How can I compel a Trustee to provide an accounting or any information after 18 months of sole control of the Trust?

It depends on who you are. Are you a beneficiary? Is the Trust Irrevocable?
Persons entitled to an accounting should receive information annually or upon request, generally.
But you have to be a person entitled to receive notice.
