Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Conservator Fraud in Real Estate
I just need citings in California law that would protect and elder from abuse and fraud. When the law is broken by professionals i.e. conservators, conspirators, other lawyers, where is fraudulent behavior cited in the rules of court or in the civil code or in the ethics than governs a conservators behavior.
The case I am researching was such an immoral episode that it needs to be brought forward to protect those elders of tomorrow.
Just give me the citings against abuse in the law or the constitution or anything printed about the prosecution of wrongdoing.

Are you an attorney????? If you are shame on you, if you are not go see an attorney, once specialized in elder law/estate planning because more likely than not if you do anything you will screw it up.
Re: Conservator Fraud in Real Estate
Take a look at Welfare and Institutions Code Section 15610.30, Probate Code sections 850 and 16420, as well as Civil Code section 3345. I have prosecuted a number of elder abuse actions; let me know if I can be of assistance.
