conservtorship
if one family member have conservorship of there parent (mother) and another family member has a living trust which one over seeds the other

Re: conservtorship
The trustee is in charge of the trust assets; the conservator is in charge of non-trust assets and possibly the conservatee's person. The two can co-exist or, if there is a problem, the court can take jurisdiction of the trust.
