elder abuse/hospital neglect
how important are questionnaire forms, demand for identification and production of documents. they are confusing and full of duplication. what are the defendants looking for.

If you are asking this question, this indicates you are trying to sue someone without first having retained a lawyer (otherwise you could call your own lawyer for the answers to your questions). What are the defendants "looking for"? They are looking for reasons to say you didn't fill out the responses properly. Then they will ask the court to fine you and throw out your case.
