Legal Question in Elder Law in California

elder financial abuse

I have been told that I have a solid elder financial abuse case however I have lost most of my money because of granting this loan. The lawyers that I spoke with concerning the case needed money up front which I do not have. Who can I contact to help me and let me pay small amt monthly? This man should not be allowed to get away with cheating me out of $150,000 + which was my 80% of my retirement fund.

I'll take your word for it being the greatest 'solid case' I've ever seen. Then, IF the crook has assets and income, it would be worth pursuing litigation. However, if he spends stolen money as fast as he gets it, then "If he has nothing, nothing is what you'll get" out of litigation. No attorney is going to invest time and money on a case with no potential for getting the client back anything. I wouldn't take your money, if you had any left, in such a case. I've dealt with these before, and it's tough to recover anything from crooks. If you think there is actually any realistic chance of recovery, then I'd be happy to talk to you.
