Legal Question in Elder Law in California
elder law, wrongful death or murder
Where can I find a lawyer who is willing to take a case involving the death of a senior through medical negligence, elder abuse, failure of diagnosis, medication errors, delayed referral to specialists. This did not take place in a nursing home. It took place in Southern California. I have already answered various advertising saying that the lawyers do this type of case but all to know avail. I have contacted bar associations, advertising in newspapers, as well as the internet and yellow pages. Do you know of anyone who is willing and able to help?

Please email me to discuss further. There may be an issue with lack of insurance. How long ago did this occur?
