Legal Question in Elder Law in California
My elderly neighbor was told by her daughter that unless my neighbors sells the house to ther daughter for less than market value, the daughter will not take care of her and my neighbor is completely dependet on her daughter for support. I think my neighbor has already signed the contract, can my neighbor void the contract? My neighbor does not have any mental issues at all, she only wants someone to care for her.
