Establishing guardianship
How do I establish guardianship for an elderly Great-Aunt currently in the State of Florida?

In California the Court has a department to assist people in getting guardianships like this as long as there is no money in the estate. If your aunt has money you have to go to a lawyer and pay the lawyer out of the estate. Good luck.
