falling on rental
my mother in law rent a apt and has a yard and she fell on a pipe that was sticking out of the ground and her landload never told her about what can we do about it she is 69 year old

She should talk with a personal injury attorney--they can advise whether she has a good case, and in the meantime, she should keep records of her treatment of the injury.
