Is your father competent to make his own decisions? If he is, there is little that you can do, and your mother will likely need to speak with a family law lawyer.
If you believe your father is the subject of undue influence or a victim of elder abuse, you need to speak with a lawyer who practices in this area.
There is likely nothing you can do on your own. You may wish to speak to a local senior center, or call adult protective services.
