Legal Question in Elder Law in California

my fathers brother and sister are calling aps on me on a regular basis all charges are un founded to the totsl of 25 calls we came to a agreement in court that that behavior would not continue but the brother is acting as his sisters agent so now the court appointed fudiciary wants conservatorship of my father if my father was not wealthy none of this would have occurred and I would still be taking care of him we are in the coachella valley and this is a closet industry in this area my entire life savings was wiped out during the 2 years that the case lasted and my father has never been declared incapacitaded he in court repeatedly stated if he were conserved he would want me to be that person its being couched as protection for me I think its just his money not him hes perfectly healthy and happy I cannot afford a lawyer how do I handle this the fudiciary is applying for an emergency conservatorship first only because my father has 2 drs apt in the next 2 weeks ones that I made for him

If he is healthy then there is no reason to appointe a conservator for him.
